Halstad Business League

The HBL is a 501c6 organization and we have a 501c3 non-profit called H.E.A.R (Help Enrich Advance & Retain). HEAR's mission is to improve the business climate, economy and quality of life in Halstad. We receive our money from grants, membership dues and donations. We are not funded by the City of Halstad. The HLB's purpose is to help support the business community. We want to help grow the community overall but specifically in the areas of business because that's what attracts potential new residents.
